We are a well-established airline catering company providing high-quality kosher meals to airlines. We are seeking a Scheduler to manage production and delivery schedules, ensuring timely and efficient coordination between departments to meet airline flight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for airline meal orders.
• Coordinate with production, packaging, and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Communicate with clients to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
• Adjust schedules in response to delays or last-minute changes.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure materials are available for production.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in scheduling, production planning, or logistics.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with scheduling software and ERP systems (a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in airline catering or food production (a plus).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
