Overview We are seeking a Technical Product Owner with a strong background in regulatory frameworks, healthcare operations, and business process design to lead cross-functional development teams in delivering scalable, compliant, and operationally efficient products. This is a critical role at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, ensuring delivery of solutions that meet stringent regulatory requirements while supporting complex operational workflows across the healthcare domain. Responsibilities Lead cross-functional development teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and operationally efficient products in the healthcare domain. Collaborate with engineering on complex system designs and integrations. Design and optimize business processes for efficiency and compliance. Work with stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into technical and operational solutions. Qualifications Overall 10+ years of experience. 5+ years in a Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Management role. Proven experience in regulated industries, preferably healthcare (HIPAA, CMS, state-level mandates, etc.). Deep understanding of healthcare operational domains such as: call center workflows, claims and billing systems, member and provider management, underwriting processes. Strong track record of designing and optimizing business processes for efficiency and compliance. Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar. Experience collaborating with engineering teams on complex system designs and integrations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise healthcare platforms or technologies (e.g., Facets, Epic, TriZetto, Salesforce Health Cloud). Background in data privacy, audits, and managing compliance risk. Familiarity with business process management tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart).
