Join TeamHealth and our growing team in Fredericksburg, Texas, as part of our post-acute care team. This opportunity is perfect for a part-time nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to provide primary care to patients at skilled nursing facilities. Target rounding is 2 days per week.

TeamHealth fully supports our clinician teams so that you can do what you do best provide unmatched patient care. We are physician driven, patient focused and provide ample opportunities for growth as you develop your career in post-acute medicine. We currently provide post-acute primary care services to 150+ facilities across the state of Texas.

We ask that you have an active Texas license/DEA. Previous post-acute experience is preferred, but not required.

This is a part-time, W2 fee-for-service position with an estimated salary range of $38,190 - $43,435 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
