Salary Range: $24.00 - $38.50
Pay Info: Sign on Bonus: $7,500/2 year commitment
Department Details This position is Full time 72 hours a pay period where you are working 3 12 hour nights shifts a week. Shift will be any nights from Sunday Thursday and would be from 6PM-6AM. No Fridays or Saturdays are required.
Duties:
- Will have no more than 2 patients at a time
- Handles scoring of the patients while they are sleeping
- Will work with at least one other Poly Tech each shift
- We typically do 160 sleep studies month and are booking out 5 months!

We re seeking a compassionate, patient, and problem-solving Polysomnographic Technologist to join our talent team in this highly impactful role.
What you will do:
Performing either Sleep Study Procedures or Neurological Testing for all patient populations.
Understanding the testing equipment, including it s structure, function, indications for use, physiological effect upon the patient and basic maintenance/troubleshooting procedures.
Monitor and document appropriately in medical record per facility guidelines.
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) standards and accreditation.
Possess a knowledge and understanding of the disease and pathological conditions encountered.
Educating patients with prescribed therapies and sleep testing and following up as needed.
Acquire the ability to work with all age groups and those with growth and developmental needs of unique client populations.

Qualifications Graduate of an accredited program in Electroneurodiagnostic Technology, Respiratory Technology or other medical specialty preferred.
Minimum of two years of related work experience in Sleep Disorders field preferred.
Possess knowledge of sleep disorders, electrical safety, with the skill to utilize computers for patient documentation and data gathering for patient care.
If RRT, required to obtain RPSGT or Sleep Disorder Specialty (RRT-SDS) credential within 2 years of starting
in role or must be enrolled in one of the following:
- Must be enrolled in or have completed the A-STEP Online Self Study Modules. Non-registered technologists and technicians must complete A-STEP Online Self Study Modules within two years of enrollment. OR
- Must be enrolled in or have completed training in polysomnography in a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or a Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) program with the polysomnography option.
Working in North Dakota (ND), must be licensed as a RRT or RPSGT. Obtain and maintain mandatory continuing education units (CEU) each year to maintain licensure and/or registry.
