Warehouse Associate – Entry Level

Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available | Immediate Openings

Job Overview:

A fast-paced distribution center is seeking motivated individuals to perform a range of essential warehouse functions. This role supports operations including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and general material handling. Successful candidates will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of goods to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare items for shipment following quality and documentation standards
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and inventory
• Maintain accurate records including packing slips, shipping labels, and system entries
• Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock replenishment
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Communicate effectively with team leads regarding order or inventory discrepancies
• Other warehouse tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior warehouse experience not required; training provided
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shift
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Forklift certification a plus (may be required for some roles)
• Must meet any applicable visual or quality inspection requirements
