Develop and maintain backend services using PHP 8+ (Symfony or Laravel)
Design and implement scalable RESTful APIs
Refactor and optimize legacy systems
Collaborate on architecture decisions and code reviews
Work with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
Support and improve CI/CD pipelines
Follow TDD/BDD practices and contribute to A/B testing initiatives
5+ years of backend development experience
Strong hands-on knowledge of PHP with Symfony or Laravel
Solid understanding of microservices architecture
Experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong testing mindset (PHPUnit, Postman)
English proficiency (B1+) for team communication
