We are a premier Aesthetics and Wellness practice in Marlton, NJ that is looking for a part-time Patient Experience Associate. We are passionate about helping people look and feel their best at any age. The ideal candidate has a background in customer service and medical aesthetics. They will perform the day-to-day operational functions within the practice, ensuring that office policies, procedures, and plans are executed in a smooth and expeditious manner.
The key responsibilities include assisting the leadership team in creating an unrivaled experience for all patients and staff, all aspects of front desk/support staff operations, educating clients on products/services/offers, creating invoices (quick math to give patient options), money handling, rebooking patients, talking about social media, participating in social media posting and interacting, problem solving/troubleshooting, working together with a team of people, keeping open line of communication throughout the day with all staff, proficient in multiple computer programs, end of night financial reports.
Great written and verbal communication, compassionate, outgoing, and self-motivated are some of the qualities we are looking for in a candidate. Must have a strong desire to continue to learn, grow and expand knowledge base to further set our team apart from others in the medical aesthetic industry. This career path can be challenging at times and requires a lot of attention to detail. Must be able to multi-task and be pulled in several different directions and bounce back with ease. High pressure and fast paced environment, often changing and improving processes and protocols. Adaptability to change under pressure with accuracy and calmness is a must. This position is vital to the success of our practice, and we need someone who is committed to growing with us long term.
