Description of the role: As a Parts Counter Person at Lugoff Chevrolet Buick GMC, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with their parts needs. This position involves parts look up, providing excellent customer service, stocking inventory, and ordering parts as necessary. Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately look up parts for customers using electronic catalogs and other resources
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, answering questions and assisting with parts inquiries
• Maintain inventory by stocking shelves and organizing parts
• Identify and order parts that are not in stock
• Assist with keeping the parts department clean and organized

Requirements:

• Prior experience in parts look up and customer service preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using electronic parts catalog systems
• Valid driver's license
