DESCRIPTION
Napa Valley College College is seeking a Temporary Applications Support Analyst to support a campus-wide transition from Docusign to Adobe Sign. This project-based role will work closely with faculty, staff, and administrators to ensure a smooth conversion, provide user support, and coordinate project activities.
This is a temporary, project-based position ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping users adopt new technology in a higher education setting.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
The salary is $27.70 per hour for up to 19 hours per week. The approximate duration of the project is six months and the work location is on-site on our main campus in Napa, CA.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage the migration from Docusign to Adobe Sign
- Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and stakeholder communication
- Provide training, documentation, and hands-on support to campus users
- Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with IT and functional teams
- Track progress and report on project milestones
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting enterprise applications or SaaS platforms
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
