ResponsibilitiesAnswer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
Proactively contact customers to remind them of upcoming or overdue payments.
Upload and maintain customer documents accurately and efficiently.
Provide accurate and timely assistance to resolve customer concerns or issues.
Document customer interactions and maintaining detailed records.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.
RequirementsPrevious customer service experience is required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail skills.
Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet workspace.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings.
