**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Maintains the interior and exterior of the facility in compliance with our image and safety standards.

* Cleans interior offices, classrooms, break areas, and lobby.

* Dusts, vacuum, empties trash, cleans windows and tables.

* Cleans and stocks restrooms.

* Performs custodial work utilizing sound safety practices (i.e. lifting, use of equipment, floor signs, etc.) and reports accidents to team leader.

* Transports trash to compactor.

* Inspects exterior of premises, keep sidewalks swept and blown of debris, grounds and parking lot clear.

* Monitors vendor services, landscape maintenance, window service, pest control, and property sweep.

* Maintains the custodial checklist.

* Inventories custodial supplies and equipment. Notifies the TLC when needed to reorder.

* Reports damaged or non-working equipment to team leader in a timely manner.

* Responsible for performing assigned duties within the framework of our Guiding Principles:

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** **Janitors needed $15/hr (Veterans, retirees and individuals with disabilities strongly encouraged to apply)**

**Federal Clearance needed (6-8 week process)**

**Work Schedule**

**1 - Saturday and Sunday per month 7am-3pm (10 total)**

**1 long weekend Thursday - Sunday 7am-3pm**

**Month of July Off**

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

**ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:**

* Some utility worker experience is required.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:**

* Ability to move, bend, stoop, reach and stand for extensive periods of time.

* Ability to turn from side to side.

* Must be able to lift 50lbs
