We are a Healthcare Venture Capital fund focused on investing in social impact healthcare startups.We seek a Palliative Care Physician Advisor to provide clinical expertise, strategic insights, and guidance on evaluating healthcare investments.

The Palliative Care Physician Advisor will play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, advising portfolio companies, and shaping the firm's approach to palliative and end-of-life care innovation. This position is ideal for a palliative care physician with a passion for healthcare innovation, venture capital, and scaling high-impact solutions.

• Provide expert insights on emerging trends, clinical needs, and best practices in palliative care.
• Assess the clinical and financial viability of startups focused on palliative and supportive care.
• Advise portfolio companies on clinical strategies, regulatory considerations, and healthcare system integration.
• Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate market opportunities and impact potential.
• Serve as a thought leader on palliative care innovation in the healthcare investment space.

• Board-certified Palliative Care Physician with at least 5 years of clinical experience.
• Strong understanding of value-based care models, Medicare reimbursement, and healthcare policy.
• Experience with digital health, telemedicine, or innovative care delivery models preferred.
• Interest or experience in venture capital, health tech startups, or advisory roles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate clinical expertise into business insights.
