OTR Class A CDL Truck Driver

Gap, PA

• Travel throughout the lower 48 states, making deliveries to both customers and dealer lots
• Deliver sheds, modular homes, and other outdoor structures
• Operate shed mules to load and unload the truck – Paid training provided!
• Assist occasionally with onsite setup for double-wide sheds
• Ensure your truck is clean and well-maintained by scheduling any necessary repairs or maintenance – all company-paid
• Park the truck at your home or another location convenient for you

Dienner's Transportation, founded in 2008, is a small, family-owned trucking company that provides over-the-road trucking services across the lower 48 states. We haul sheds, modular homes, horse barns, dog kennels, and other general freight.

We are looking for an OTR Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team. As a company, we are interested in people who are safety conscious, dependable, confident in their trucking skills, and committed to delivering our freight on time. This is an independent contractor 1099 position driving a company-provided truck that provides drivers with the freedom to manage their schedule while earning competitive pay in a supportive and respectful environment.

Our Ideal OTR Class A CDL Truck Drivers:  

• License: Valid Class A CDL License with at least two years of Class A driving experience. Previous experience driving over the road is preferred. Must be at least 25 years old.
• Clean Record: Must have a clean driving record for the past 3 years and pass a pre-employment drug screening. 
• Good Communicator: able to interact respectfully and politely with our customers
• Safety Conscious: Able to safely load, deliver, and unload freight, paying close attention to your surroundings and respecting our customers' property.
• Active: Able to bend, kneel, climb on trailers, strap down loads, and lift up to 100lbs
• Accountable: Able to work independently, manage your time with little supervision, and take initiative to problem-solve situations on the road. 

What We Offer Our OTR Class A CDL Truck Drivers:  

• Average of $100,000 - $126,000 per year
• Mileage percentage pay for loads with hourly pay for loading and unloading
