Someone who is mature and polite. Daily duties will be basic housekeeping tasks. They have a company come in for deep cleaning. Someone who can keep the house maintained in between deep cleans, make breakfast/coffee, laundry, make beds, clean up bathrooms and rooms, Grocery shop, prepare dinner, and then clean up after dinner. There is an emphasis on cooking- someone who enjoys grilling is required. The family enjoys grilled meals. They have no pets. Their children are grown and out of the home. Hiring as soon as they find the right fit . GRILLING required. SPANISH speaking required. **Live in accommodations will be private room and bathroom** What Works Best for Family: Spanish speaking needed but also good English.
