Position: Organizational Change Management (OCM), Manager The IT Program Management Office (PMO) team is seeking a motivated
Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager to lead large cross-functional transformation programs at ADI in partnership with IT and business leaders. As OCM Manager, you will play a key role as ADI harmonizes and transforms business processes and IT systems to scale to ADI's Vision 2030 goals. Summary The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager leads organizational change management programs and plays a crucial role in ensuring successful outcomes by focusing on the people side of change. The OCM manager is responsible for driving adoption, increasing utilization of changes, and achieving positive outcomes for the organization. Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 years of Program Management, Organizational Change Management, and/or cross-functional business process transformation experience and 10 years overall experience.
- Minimum of 4 years management experience.
- Organizational Change Management Certification preferred.
- Semi-conductor industry experience preferred.
- IT experience preferred.
- MBA or master's degree is a plus.

Organizational Change Management Responsibilities: The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring successful outcomes by focusing on the people side of change. The OCM manager is responsible for driving adoption, increasing utilization of changes, and achieving positive outcomes for the organization.
- Develops and Implements Change Strategies: The OCM manager creates and executes change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes. This involves preparing, supporting, and equipping people to adopt and use changes related to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures.
- Conducts Impact Assessments: Conducts impact analyses, evaluates the impact of changes on business processes, systems, and stakeholder groups. Assesses change readiness and identifies key stakeholders impacted by the changes.
- Anticipates and Minimizes Resistance: Identifies potential resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders impacted by the changes. Works to minimize resistance and ensure smoother transitions.
- Manages Communication Plans : Creates the communications plans including the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications related to the changes.
- Creates and Manages Training Plan: Creates and drives training plans, provides input on training delivery methods, training documents, and supports the delivery of training programs to help employees adapt to the changes.
- Collaboration: Collaborates with stakeholders across various departments to determine business readiness and ensure smooth transitions.
Supervisory Responsibility & Performance Management: Manages and/ or coaches OCM team members, business process owners, trainers, etc. Leads and manages internal and external personnel assigned as OCM resources. Extensive experience with leading team members in defining, staffing, and organizing complex, cross-functional programs. Negotiates assignment of critical resources. Leads and motivates team members and stakeholders to accomplish change and transformation objectives successfully. Sets high standards and expects individual initiative. Promotes rewards/recognition for positive results/behavior and consequences for poor performance/behavior. Keeps senior leadership and key stakeholders informed as needed. Translates purpose and vision into clear goals for the team.
Technical Knowledge, Skills, and Job Knowledge: Knowledge of program/ project management and organizational change management best practices. Able to quickly learn and adapt to new business concepts, process, and technologies. Has experience managing teams in diverse and cross-functional environments.
Strategic Thinking / Setting Winning Goals: Understands bigger picture of how business functions interact in a global company. Proactively manages and owns OCM program for transformational initiatives. Identifies risks associated OCM program delivery and develops of contingency plans. Demonstrates broad knowledge of cross functional teams and interdependencies. Selects methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Brings logical options and solutions to program sponsors supported by well-thought-out analysis. Quickly identifies red flags, patterns, and issues indicated by data.
Influencing / Negotiating: Demonstrates excellent communication skills at all levels of organization. Promotes ideas and proposals persuasively. Effectively shapes stakeholder opinions and drives process improvements. Utilizes span of influence effectively by demonstrating ability to get things done while building trusted relationships. Considers all management functions when developing plans and implementing changes. Effectively shapes stakeholder opinions (customers, shareholders, employees, etc.) and negotiates win/win solutions. Demonstrates the ability to influence senior leaders.
Managing Partner and Stakeholder Expectations: Actively negotiates the terms of partner and stakeholder relationships and articulates what is expected from both sides of the partnership. Instrumental in helping team members establish healthy, collaborative relationships. Defines practices and processes for managing partner and stakeholder expectations. Actively negotiates with stakeholders at all levels of the organization for cross-functional team alignment on priorities and approach. Demonstrates extensive experience with the roles and interrelationships of each business unit functions.
Quality: Sets and maintains high quality standards for OCM programs to ensure stakeholder readiness and adoption. Challenges organizational practices that erode quality.

The wage range for a new hire into this position is $132,480 to $182,160.
- Actual wage offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, training, external market data, internal equity, or other bona fide factors.
