What You'll Do at Pega:
* Actively monitor community forums for new posts and comments.
* Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and helpful assistance.
* Moderate discussions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and maintain a respectful environment.
* Identify and escalate issues that require attention from the community management team.
* Contribute to the development and improvement of community guidelines and processes.
* Assist in gathering and analyzing community feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for community engagement initiatives.
Who You Are:
* Currently enrolled in a college or university.
* Excellent written and verbal?communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in using social media platforms and online community tools.
* Interest in customer service and community building.
* Experience with online community moderation or customer support.
* Knowledge of relevant social media platforms and analytics tools.
