We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative - Domestic who will be responsible for providing the highest quality of customer service to internal & external customers. This includes, but is not limited to processing orders, answering customer inquiries via phone, e-mails, and live chat, processing RA's, processing change requests, maintaining the customer file and escalating customer/system issues appropriately.
What we'll get you doing:
Providing customer support via phones, new order entry, order processing, customer inquiries and expediting or fulfillment requests approved by department Manager and/or Director.
The essential requirements of the role include:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
1-2 years of experience working with customer support
Understanding of the functionalities of an ERP system
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
1-2 years of PC skills in Microsoft Office and Database Management
Strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
Effective business language usage (spelling, punctuation, and grammar)

The hourly range for this role is $23-$24/hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
