Job Title: Office Manager
Salary: Up to $70k annually - DOE

Summary:
A local, privately held agency is seeking a passionate and driven Office Manager to lead operations supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This leadership role is ideal for candidates with 2-5 years of office management experience and direct exposure to the IDD community. The selected individual will be coached and supported to grow into the role, with a strong emphasis on integrity, compliance, and team empowerment.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily office operations, staffing, and workflow coordination
· Ensure compliance with OARs, ODDS, HIPAA, and Medicaid billing
· Recruit, hire, and onboard qualified staff
· Maintain professional communication with families, DSPs, and state partners
· Manage systems: WellSky, Paychex, eXPRS, Dropbox, Jotform, Monday.com
· Submit weekly business metrics reports to leadership
· Facilitate team alignment
· Supervise billing, onboarding, and compliance staff
· Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
· Organize digital and physical filing systems
· Support budget tracking, invoice approvals, and expense reporting
· Coordinate meetings, calendars, and travel logistics
· Ensure a clean, safe, and organized office environment
· Serve as point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
Qualifications
· 2-5 years of office management experience (more experience may qualify for higher starting salary)
· Exposure to and understanding of the IDD community
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
· Experience with HR, payroll, and Medicaid billing systems
· Familiarity with WellSky, Paychex, eXPRS, Dropbox, Jotform, and Monday.com preferred
