Job Description

F2 Construction (and our sister companies) is looking for a full-time office manager.

This position will entail answering client calls and emails. coordinate scheduling of various teams and vendors as well as overall customer service for our client base.

 

The candidate should have experience at an executive assistant role along with strong google tools (spreadsheets and various documents), basic accounting / bookkeeping and strong organizational skills.

Our main goal is to add a very structured and process-orientated team member to deliver exceptional customer service while we continue to grow the company.

Candidate must be self-sufficient and self-motivated as the office will often be empty.

The position will be in-office with expected hours between 8 to 5.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant / office manager 
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities across multiple lines of business.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite 
  • Experience with expense reporting.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Results driven, roll-up sleeves mentality
  • High motor/High energy
