What You’ll Do
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients via phone and email. You’ll assist with account updates, paperwork, and scheduling. You’ll prepare reports and meeting materials, coordinate open enrollment sessions, and help keep our CRM system updated and our office running smoothly.
What You Bring
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and a self-starter
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Tech-savvy with MS Outlook, Word, Excel (Salesforce and Zoom a plus)
Bonus Points For
Experience in insurance benefits (life, disability, FSA, etc.)
Prior sales support or administrative experience
Interest in becoming licensed as a Financial Advisor or Insurance Agent
