Responsiblities

  • Maintenance and Upkeep of the Official Residence and the Consulate’s Office Space 
  • I.E, Maintenance and Management of Equipment as well as Communication between Building Management, Service Providers and Suppliers in addition to related purchases. 
  • Maintenance and Upkeep of the Official Vehicles 
  • Service Provider and Vendor Management 
  • Sourcing and Procurement 
  • Inventory Management 
  • Computer Hardware Management 
  • Personnel Management Support  
  • Any other duties that may be assigned 

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Higher Education in Business Administration or related field. Previous experience in a similar role preferred 
  • Minimum Two (2) Years of Administrative or Office Management Experience 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Ability to Meet Short Deadlines and Detail-Oriented 
  • Legal Right to work in the United States 
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication in English 
  • Strong Organizational and Prioritization Skills 
  • Integrity and Discretion with Confidential Information
