Office Manager

Canton, OH

Archer Sign is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative functions and support the efficient operation of our office. This role involves managing a variety of tasks, including city registrations, light human resources (HR) duties, and collections. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask.

Pay: $20/hr+ dependent on experience

Position is flexible in terms of hours; expectations are 30-40 hours per week . We can accommodate individuals who need to work around children's school schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Light accounting- collections
• City registrations and compliance
• Light human resources
• General office management- filing, supply orders, directing phone calls
• Fleet management- insurance compliance and vehicle registrations
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements:

• Proven experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or related roles
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications:

• Background required would be consistent with that possessed by individuals with a Bachelor's in business administration, education, or similar training
• Previous experience in the signage, construction, or electrical industry is a plus
