CFS is working with a leading Global Private Equity Firm in Manhattan that is seeking a polished and skilled Office Experience Coordinator to join their team. The Concierge will provide a unique blend of high-level hospitality and executive support. This Office Experience Coordinator opportunity is in Midtown Manhattan, in-office daily.

Responsibilities of Office Experience Coordinator:
-Serve as a point of contact for investors, clients and guests i.e greeting, hotel and restaurant reservations, special requests
-Manage meeting room reservations, ensure room is prepped and handle catering arrangements for meetings and events
-Manage inventory and supply orders
-Liaise with EAs of internal executives
- Support ad-hoc office projects related to hospitality and workplace experience
Qualifications of Office Experience Coordinator:
-Experience as concierge or similar hospitality role (executive assistant, events management)
- Engaging presence and positive demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment
-Ability to support occasional after-hour needs
