Job Description

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an efficient and organized Office Coordinator to join their client's team in California. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and supporting various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.)
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
  • Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
  • Deal with customer complaints or issues
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
  • Assist in vendor relationship management

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an office administration role is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Benefits

This position offers a competitive pay range of $19 to $23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits may be discussed during the interview process.
