Job Description
A small residential remodeling company is looking for the right candidate to fill the duel position of Office Administration and Marketing Assistant . Our company consists of 1 part-time Office Administrator, 1 part-time Bookkeeper, 2 Outside Salesman & 2 Field Workers.
Office Administration
The position would require the help of the day to day tasks of running our office. Tasks would include but are not limited to retrieving and answering all incoming calls, completing service call requests, filling out building permits, maintaining customer files, registering warranties, assistance in bookkeeping for invoicing new sales jobs, entering accounts payable, check preparations and booking accounts receivables, preparing our biweekly payroll to our outside payroll company.
Marketing Assistant
Daily tasks of the marketing assistant include but are not limited to; answering all incoming phones and setting up appointments for salespersons; manage database of existing customers and track and prepare lead generation reports for all sales leads to analyze effectiveness of each current lead generator. Also requires maintaining, order in, sort and making up our literature of product presentation folders for salesman. Additional experiences in post card mailing and social media would be helpful.
