* *Job Title:* Occupational Therapist
* *Location: *Lakewood Health Systems
* *Position type: *Full-time, benefited, 0.80 FTE
* *Hours/Schedule: *This position will generally be scheduled for 32 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
* *Settings:* This position will primarily work in a Home Health setting.
