We are a Healthcare Venture Capital fund focused on investing in social impact healthcare startups.We seek an Occupational Medicine Physician Advisor to provide clinical expertise, strategic insights, and guidance on evaluating healthcare investments.

The Occupational Medicine Physician Advisor will play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, advising portfolio companies, and ensuring clinical excellence in our healthcare ventures. This position is ideal for a physician with deep expertise in occupational medicine, population health, and regulatory frameworks who is interested in applying their knowledge to the business side of healthcare innovation.

• Serve as the Occupational Medicine Physician Advisor for the firm, providing expert medical and regulatory guidance.
• Assess healthcare startups, particularly in occupational health, workers' compensation, and population health management.
• Advise on clinical best practices, regulatory compliance, and the integration of occupational medicine into venture-backed healthcare models.
• Collaborate with entrepreneurs, investors, and healthcare executives to shape strategies for market entry, scalability, and value-based care.
• Provide insights on employer health solutions, workplace wellness, and injury prevention programs.
• Support due diligence efforts by evaluating clinical models, telemedicine capabilities, and the scalability of healthcare solutions.
• Identify trends in occupational medicine, digital health, and workforce health management to guide investment strategy.

• MD or DO with board certification in Occupational Medicine .
• Experience in workers' compensation, employer health, or corporate health programs.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including OSHA, DOT, and telemedicine regulations.
• Business acumen and experience working with startups, healthcare consulting, or venture capital is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with executives, investors, and clinicians.
• Passion for innovation and improving healthcare delivery at scale.
