The position assists in the development of curriculum on lifecycle patient care, healthcare/nursing-related education plans, and evidenced-based research within the specialized area of nursing. The Nurse Educator evaluates programs for effectiveness and meets WDLL goals to optimize student experience(s) and service delivery. The incumbent is the instructor and ensures instruction aligned with national healthcare standards, DC Department of Health standards, curricula, and other state and Federal requirements.
