**Description**

**Summary:**

Delivery Drivers are the face of Max Finkelstein, Inc. and responsible for delivering products in a safe, timely and courteous manner while operating in compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

**Responsibilities:**

* Safely operate a non-CDL Commercial Motor Vehicle

* Deliver and unload product in a safe and courteous manner

* Strengthen and develop relationships with Max Finkelstein customers

* Effectively meet customer demands with a sense of urgency

* Operational performance in the following areas: DOT regulations, health and safety, vehicle care, inspection and maintenance, work standards, procedures and policies, and customer satisfaction

* Loading and unloading of delivery trucks requires physical moving/lifting of product weighing up to 100 pounds

* Participate as part of the Distribution Center team, assisting in facility tasks and responsibilities

* Other duties as assigned

**Education, Experience, and Skills:**

* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

* 1 year of delivery experience preferred (not mandatory)

* Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets customer needs

* Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

* Ability to lift 100 pounds to waist and 20 pounds above shoulders

* Maintain a current DOT physical

* Excellent customer service

* Strong verbal communication

* Professional appearance

* Persistent attention to safety and detail
