ROLE: Network/Infrastructure Systems Management Analyst.

*Please note, this role needs work authorization* This position is open to any qualified applicant in the United States. ROLE: Network/Infrastructure System Management Analyst Must have skills: Cisco VPN, Claims,Medicare & Medicaid Claims
Good To Have Skills: Proxy Implementation, Zscaler Internet Access, Proxy Operation.
Qualifications: Possess a strong understanding of Cisco VPN and its implementation.
Have experience with reverse proxy tools and incident management.
Demonstrate knowledge of Cisco Umbrella Palo Alto Prisma and Zscaler solutions.
Show proficiency in proxy operations and implementation.
Exhibit expertise in Payer Claims and Medicare & Medicaid Claims domains.
Display excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Hold relevant certifications such as CISSP CCSP or CISM.
Role and Responsibilities: Skills: -Relevant certifications/degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux based environments. Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks Cloud experience, preferably in Azure Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box) Experience with monitoring systems Experience with automation software Solid scripting skills Solid networking knowledge Responsibilities: -Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure -Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools -Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability -Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes -Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies -Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks -Participate in the design of information and operational support systems -Provide 2nd and 3rd level support -Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 7/25/2024.
The annual salary for this position is between $95,000 - $130,000 + depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This job is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
