Position:

NetSuite Administrator

Description:

The NetSuite Administrator will play an important foundational role in the implementation of new business processes that will be done through the NetSuite ecosystem. This position will be responsible for providing training and support for all NetSuite users, as well as other NetSuite administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include: providing tier 1 technical support for NetSuite end users, monitoring system alerts and errors, submitting and tracking electronic tickets to product support teams, developing and maintaining training material, onboarding users and training on NetSuite, administering NetSuite (adding new users, fields, workflow rules, security profiles, roles), developing innovative engagement methods to ensure NetSuite best practices, documenting customizations made in NetSuite, managing third party integrations (such as Salesforce to NetSuite), communicating effectively with cross-functional team members and clients, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Dashboarding experience. Support operations.

Preferred skills: proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, positive attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, advanced Excel skills (Macros, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), entry level Salesforce knowledge, and database report writing or support experience.

Boomi admin experience desired. Database admin experience desired. Technical documentation experience. Technical certifications relevant to the role desired.

Strong interpersonal communication skills, particularly the ability to effectively engage and communicate with non-technical staff.

Experience participating in cross-functional teams addressing strategic business issues involving Salesforce CRM and Customer Service.

Bachelor’s degree or similar equivalent experience.

NetSuite end user experience.
