Job Overview We’re seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative NetSuite Administrator to support and optimize our ERP system. This individual will be responsible for system configuration, user support, and data integrity across the organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can translate business needs into functional solutions and enjoys working with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities NetSuite System Administration Experience with NetSuite WMS Build and maintain system workflows Build and maintain saved searches, reports, and user dashboards Configure and manage custom roles, permissions, and workflows Maintain forms and import records for transactions and entities Troubleshoot system issues and support user inquiries Document processes, procedures, and configurations User Support & Data Analysis Provide first-level support for NetSuite navigation, reporting, and functionality Assist users with data exported from NetSuite to Excel Analyze datasets using Excel tools such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters, and conditional formatting Deliver timely and effective support via phone, Teams, email, video or in person Data Governance & Integrity Ensure accuracy of master data records and user account setups Create field mapping documents and integration requirements for external system integration with NetSuite Identify and recommend opportunities for improved data management and efficiency Required Competencies and Qualifications 2+ year of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or Analyst 2+ year experience with NetSuite Warehouse Management Familiarity with NetSuite Financials and Quality Management Intermediate (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters) to advanced Excel skills NetSuite SuiteFoundation and/or Administrator Certification Experience creating NetSuite workflows Preferred Basic SuiteQL skills and familiarity with database reporting Experience creating or maintaining SuiteScript Familiar with EDI and API integrations Experience with 3PL warehouse operations Live Our Mission – At JustFoodForDogs, we act with integrity and build trust, treating everyone with dignity and respect.
