Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking or an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO), with an established book of business. They will be responsible for guiding clients through the entirety of the mortgage loan application process. For example, understanding their financial situation and goals, recommend suitable loan products and assist them in completing the necessary paperwork. Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss their financial goals and determine their mortgage needs.
• Educate clients on the various types of mortgage products available and recommend the most suitable options.
• Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering required documentation.
• Analyze financial information provided by clients to determine their creditworthiness.
• Work with underwriters to ensure timely loan approval.

• 3+ years recent experience in residential loan originations with a proven track record and book of business
• MLO license with NMLS registration required in Texas
• Knowledge of Conventional and Government mortgage products
• Experience originating loans utilizing referrals from their active book of business and leads provided to them Insight Global
