We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mold Injection Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in our engineering department, taking charge of our injection molding processes for the production of high-quality parts. This role demands an individual with a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and a deep understanding of the technical aspects of injection molding. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of talented professionals and contribute to the success of our innovative engineering projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Operate and maintain injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance.
2. Monitor and adjust machine parameters to maintain product quality and consistency.
3. Troubleshoot and correct molding problems, including defects, deviations, and machine issues.
4. Perform mold changes and preventative maintenance on equipment as required.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in injection molding or a related field.
2. In-depth knowledge of injection molding processes, equipment, and materials.
3. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving molding issues.
4. Familiarity with mold design and maintenance procedures.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
