Description: DFS is seeking to fill the position of Microsoft Dynamics Developer in our Information Technology Unit to be responsible for system analysis, design, construction, testing and implementation of a new application or application enhancement.

Responsibilities:

• The candidate will perform technical activities related to MS Dynamics 365 and Power Apps applications program development, program, and system testing, improve software security, and business/systems analysis and design related to computer systems, systems maintenance, and implementation in such areas as the design and development of database systems; dynamic, transactional, or interactive web sites; and agency specific applications or programs.
• Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
• Design and implement MS Dynamics 365 and Power Apps solutions in compliance with customer business needs.
• Support internal and external teams as a subject matter expert for all aspects related to MS Dynamics 365 platform.
• Gather, organize, and perform analysis of information about costs/benefits, advantages/disadvantages, and technical feasibility of designing and implementing proposed systems.
• Organize meetings and work with agency management, users, vendors, consultants and IT staff to discuss IT solution and program requirements.
• Perform various design activities such as creating program specifications, workflow diagrams or structured charts, and logical data models.
• Ensure the security, safety, and efficiency of the product and software is up to date.
• Continuous code vulnerability management to ensure product and software is up to date.
• Write or modify the necessary code to affect approved system requirements or change orders.
• Participate in the testing phase of application development such as assisting in the development of test plans, test conditions and validation testing.
• Create and maintain documentation.

Required Skills:

• 60 Months of experience with Dynamics 365
• 84 Months of experience with SQL and C#
• 84 Months of experience with .Net frameworks
• 84 Months of experience with writing SQL or PL/SQL in an Oracle Database environment
• 60 Months of experience with MS Dynamics, CRM concepts including configuration, Customization, Workflow and Integration
• 60 Months of experience with Microsoft products (MS SQL, Office 365, Power BI)
• 60 Months of experience planning, tracking, and managing software development projects using agile methodology and tools such as JIRA
• 60 Months of experience with standards and security development tools.
