Position Details:

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Compensation: $85 - $170 per hour (Fee-for-service, W2 Employee)
Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week
Caseload Requirements:
Full-time: 28 clients
Part-time: Minimum 16 clients

Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

Provide culturally sensitive and ethical mental health counseling
Assess, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for clients
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including intake assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans
Educate clients about relapse prevention and treatment processes
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatric nurse practitioners and social services professionals
Engage in regular clinical supervision to enhance personal and professional growth
Offer crisis intervention when needed and coordinate referrals to additional support services
Administrative Duties:

Complete and maintain timely documentation for patient intakes, progress updates, and discharge summaries
Support medication compliance and facilitate appropriate care planning
Qualifications:

Education: Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
License/Certification: Active Maryland LMSW, LCSW, LCPC, or LGPC required
Experience:
6+ months in a clinical setting is preferred, though we welcome new graduates to apply
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with flexible hours based on your availability and preference
Location:
