Medical Scribe Location Carmel, IN :
Details - Department: Ear, Nose, Throat and Allergy
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 7am-3pm (30-40 hours per week)

- Location: Carmel, IN
Gap year grad - pursuing med school, PA school, or nursing school. Pay is $15 an hour Requires travel between Carmel and Brownsburg locations 1 year commitment Benefits

Assist provider by documenting the provider-patient encounter during the patient exam exactly as it is verbalized. - Accompany provider into the patient examination room to document the provider's encounter with the patient.
- List all proper diagnoses and symptoms, as well as follow-up instructions and prescriptions as indicated by the provider.
- Transcribe patient orders including but not limited to laboratory tests, radiology tests and medications.
- Document procedures performed by the provider.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration: - Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse preferred.
- Medical Assistant preferred.
Education: - High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
