Location: Bridgewater, New JerseyJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $30 - 35 per hourWe are looking for an experienced Proofreader/Editor for our client, a global company dedicated to advancing innovative solutions that help people live healthier lives!As a Proofreader/Editor, you will proofread, edit, and provide copy suggestions on all Studio projects including but not limited to print, digital/web, and writing projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, an excellent command of the English language, and a passion for maintaining high-quality content.This will be a fully remote, ongoing opportunity with EST working hours. Hours will fluctuate between 30-40 hours per week. Candidates must have MLR experience to be considered.Responsibilities:Copy edit promotional materials for grammar, punctuation, and spelling.Ensure materials comply with AMA-11, brand guidelines, and FDA rules and regulations.Fact-check content against source material.Validate references to ensure they are current and meet all compliance criteria.Prepare jobs for MLR submission using Veeva Vault PromoMats, including linking references and anchoring content in support of all claims.Collaborate with project manager, account manager, designer, copywriter, and other copyeditors as needed.Manage own brand alignment and assist other editors as needed.Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in related field (eg, English, journalism, life sciences).Minimum 5+ years' experience editing pharmaceutical promotional materials, preferably within an agency environment.Experience anchoring/linking in Veeva Vault PromoMats.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Experience working across a range of therapeutic areas and product launches is a plus.An editing test will be given.Skills:MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.Experience with AMA style and standard proofreading marks.Clear and concise edits and/or recommendations.Mastery of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and content flow.Ability to apply proofreading best practices.Reference linking/anchoring in Veeva Vault PromoMats.Communicates clearly and promptly with Studio staff.Closely collaborates with designers and writers.Operates effectively in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks/projects according to clients' needs.Excellent eye for design consistency and layout.Team player with excellent relationship and team-building skills.JOBID: 1079202 #LI-CELLA#LI-CC1#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
