Medical Director (MDVM)

BridgeMill Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced\nand collaborative Medical Director/Managing Veterinarian to lead our\nwell-established general practice in Canton, Georgia. This is an excellent\nopportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing gold-standard medicine ,\nmentoring others, and working as a true unit with their team—while\nmaintaining autonomy and balance.

The Role: Medical Director

As Medical Director, you’ll balance clinical practice with\nleadership, helping guide medical standards while fostering a positive,\ncollaborative culture. You’ll work closely with fellow doctors and support\nstaff to ensure consistent, high-quality care while mentoring and developing\nthe team.

About the clinic

Our 9,600 sq. ft. hospital is spacious,\nwell-equipped, and designed to support quality medicine without feeling rushed.\nWe are a traditional small animal general practice offering comprehensive\npreventative and diagnostic care in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Facility highlights include:

• 3 exam\n rooms (plus a 4th flexible-use room for additional services)
\n
• Dedicated\n surgical suite with 1 surgery table
\n
• 2 wet\n tables in the treatment area
\n
• Digital\n radiography & digital dental radiography
\n
• IDEXX\n in-house laboratory and reference lab support
\n
• Paper-lite\n hospital using Avimark
\n
• Portable\n ultrasound through Oncura with additional diagnostic capabilities,\n including echocardiography
\n
