Medical Billing Specialist to work at its
Wenatchee office.

The
Medical Billing Specialist position starts at a base pay of $19+ / hour, depending upon experience. We also offer a

ABOUT ACHIEVE CENTER PEDIATRIC THERAPY Founded in 2004 and born out of a desire to help children who face challenges in their development to progress and achieve their potential, we provide pediatric speech, physical, and occupational therapy. The "achieve" in our name comes from our belief that every child has within them the capacity to improve. Today, we serve children and their families in the Wenatchee, Moses Lake, Spokane, and Kennewick/Tri-Cities areas with a team of over 40 professional therapists and staff. We believe that the most effective approach for success is one that stresses early intervention, open communication, family involvement, and a fun, playful environment where children are relaxed and more receptive. Simply put, we help kids get better.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEDICAL BILLING SPECIALIST As a Medical Billing Specialist at the Achieve Center, you will work as part of a team of experts gaining a diverse range of experience in medical billing, claims submission, payment posting, patient statements, managing patient accounts, processing appeals, resolving denials, providing customer service to patients, and corresponding with offices of medical providers and insurance companies.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR MEDICAL BILLING SPECIALISTS - High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to type 40+ WPM
- Possess excellent oral / written communication skills
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
Two or more years work experience in a medical billing or related field is preferred, but not required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency is preferred, but not required.
WORK SCHEDULE Both full-time and part-time options are available.
The full-time Medical Billing Specialist position typically works
40 hours per week , with flexible work arrangements available. A part-time option working 20-29 hours is available.
