Medical Administrative Assistant III - (Lexington, MA)

Responsibilities :

Will serve as a high level administrative professional and an essential extension of the Administrator, providing critical executive support to the management team. This lead role involves managing complex schedules, coordinating all office operations, and supervising a team of six administrative staff. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining peak efficiency across the office, from direct patient services like surgical scheduling and front-desk operations to vital administrative functions like prior authorizations and staff training.

Qualifications :

• EPIC Experience
• Surgical scheduling experience
• Prior experience working multiple administrative functions for the clinic (scheduling, inventory, training)

Schedule/Shift: :

Flexible between Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 5:30pm (8 hour shift within those hours)
