Mechanic/Hydraulic L3

Purpose:
Performs mechanic and hydraulic inspections, diagnosis and corrective actions autonomously, in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures and best practices, complying with defined quality standards.
Main Activities:
* Inspects, diagnoses and performs mechanic and hydraulic repairs and replacements autonomously.
* Follows up repairs ensuring the performed work effectiveness.
* Makes failure analysis, establishing the problems' root causes and taking actions to avoid repetitions.
* Performs mechanic and hydraulic activities such as equipment alignments, valves settings and maintenance or 5 senses' inspections.
* Disassembles and assembles mechanical components.
* Executes maintenance plans.
* Interprets technical drawing.
* Carries out equipment oiling and centralized lubrication control.
* Operates welding equipment under supervision.
* Executes machine lock outs and tag outs.
* Verifies the correct functioning of tools, instruments and accessories checking they fulfill with specifications.
* Carries out forklift or radio control overhead crane operation when applicable.
* Updates information in the maintenance systems and performs maintenance reports.
