Job Description

A marketing manager's role is to create and implement a company's marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and promote business. They will be responsible for creating content, managing engagement, tracking progress and executing the plan to achieve specific targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Support:

  • Managing marketing campaigns: Plan and oversee advertising, promotional, and social media campaigns and grow Leftbank Art’s social media presence across platforms
  • Developing marketing strategies: Create marketing plans and strategies based on market trends, customer needs, and company goals
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to inform and adjust strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Support, Sales, and Design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Social Media Management:

  • Managing content: Manage the day-to-day execution of our social media strategy, including scheduling, posting, and community management across Instagram and Facebook.
  • Content Creation: Maintain a content calendar with compelling content for social media and digital materials.
  • Attend tradeshows to capture real-time content for social media and provide event coverage
  • Boost engagement: Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, questions, and reviews within 24 hours to foster community engagement.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and social media management.
  • Proficiency in using marketing and social media tools.
  • Experience with content creation.
  • Agency experience is preferred but not required.
  • HubSpot experience is highly desirable.
