Location: Los Angeles, CA (Onsite Mon-Thurs, Remote Fri)Job Type: 6-Month Contract (Maternity Leave Coverage)Compensation Range: $70-$80/hr W2A leading investment firm is seeking a seasoned Marketing Professional to lead ETF (Exchange-Traded Funds) audience growth initiatives on a 6-month contract. This role will focus on driving strategy and execution across digital marketing, content, and event efforts to increase engagement with ETF sellers and grow market penetration. Responsibilities: Lead and execute marketing campaigns and growth strategies focused on ETFs. Oversee two high-impact events this summer and manage vendor/partner collaboration. Coordinate media efforts (pending budget restoration) and paid search strategy. Optimize the ETF website and digital storefront experience. Manage weekly social media content and broader marketing projects. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and analytics teams. Develop campaign briefs, oversee budgets, and track campaign performance. Qualifications: 10+ years in marketing, ideally with experience in financial services or ETFs. Strong background in digital marketing, lead generation, and audience segmentation. Analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and drive strategy. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
