What Were Looking For:
A self-starter who enjoys fixing things and working with their hands
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and professionalism
Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Willingness to give and receive feedback respectfully as part of a team
Comfortable interacting with staff and occasionally with customers
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor (bending, loading, moving materials)
Experience with horticulture, facility maintenance, or mechanical repairs is a plusbut not required
