Maintenance Supervisor

Position Overview
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and functioning efficiently. This role includes planning and executing maintenance schedules, troubleshooting issues, and leading maintenance staff to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure effective operation and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery and systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on team performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure maintenance tasks align with operational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and machine maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
