CoWorx is recruiting for Machine Operators in the Attleboro, MA area!

Responsibilities:

• The required skills for this position include mechanical aptitude and attention to detail, which are essential for operating machinery effectively.
• Candidates will utilize their troubleshooting skills daily to identify and resolve issues that may arise during production.
• Strong organizational skills will help the operator maintain a clean workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
• Preferred skills, such as familiarity with quality control standards, will enhance the operator's ability to conduct thorough inspections of laminated products.
• Overall, a combination of technical and soft skills will ensure that the Operator contributes to a smooth and efficient manufacturing process.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Basic mechanical skills and understanding of machinery operation.
• Experience specifically in lamination processes or related fields preferred.
• Technical certification in manufacturing or machinery operation preferred.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and practices preferred.

Other Information:

Shift Details:

• 12 hour shifts
• 6:00am - 6:00pm (3 days on 4 days off; vice versa)
• 6:00pm - 6:00am (Mon - Thurs)
