Position Description Mars Hill Academy is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as the Logic and Rhetoric School Principal for the upcoming 2026-27 school year. As a classical Christian school, we are looking for a leader who shares our passion for equipping students with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive academically, spiritually, and personally and will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the upper school staff. Applicants should hold at least a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field and display the “four loves”: a love for Christ, a love for students, a love for learning, and a love of classical education. Priority will be placed on applicants with prior administrative and/or teaching experience in a classical Christian school and who can implement the characteristics of a classical education.
