Position Overview:

We are excited to invite applications for five Loan Officers to join our dynamic Loan Management Solutions team! In this remote role, you will play a crucial part in helping small businesses and investors secure commercial loans. We're looking for experienced loan brokers with strong sales skills who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy connecting with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Reach out to 50-100 prospective clients each day to identify opportunities and secure loan agreements.
Lender Matching: Leverage your network of lenders to find the best loan options, rates, and terms tailored to each client's needs.
Negotiation: Assist clients in negotiating favorable loan terms and rates with lenders.
Guidance: Provide expert advice and support to clients throughout the loan application process, ensuring they fully understand their options.
Documentation Collection: Collect essential documentation from clients, including income verification, credit reports, and collateral information.
Marketing & Outreach: Implement marketing strategies to build trust, attract new clients, and generate leads.
Skills & Qualifications:

Proven sales experience is essential, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked as loan brokers.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, that reflect professionalism and clarity.
A proactive approach to achieving sales goals, with a commitment to making high-volume outbound calls daily.
Familiarity with commercial loan processes and a well-established network of lenders is a plus.
Ability to work independently, with reliable computer and internet access.
Availability Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time.
Additional Information:

Start Date: New hires begin every Monday.
