Job Title: Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated attorney to join our litigation team, primarily focusing on managing our personal injury case docket. The ideal candidate will be involved in all stages of litigation, from discovery to trial, and will work closely with our team of paralegals to ensure efficient case management.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Management: Collaborate with the litigation team to manage a diverse docket of personal injury cases, ensuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
Discovery & Document Review: Review discovery materials and oversee document production, ensuring all relevant information is gathered and organized for each case.
Depositions: Conduct depositions of key parties, including defendants, witnesses, corporate representatives, and defense experts, to gather crucial testimony for building a strong case.
Court Hearings & Trial Prep: Attend court hearings, assist in preparing cases for trial, and play an active role during trial proceedings. This includes organizing exhibits, preparing witnesses, and contributing to overall trial strategy.
Collaboration with Paralegal Support: Work closely with a full support staff of experienced paralegals who will assist in managing case files, drafting legal documents, and ensuring that all administrative aspects of the case run smoothly.
